Real Satisfaction of Life

Many years ago a king was extremely valiant and a just well wisher of his subjects and an honest and kind ruler. His subjects acclaimed him untiringly for his altruistic activities. He visited his Guru 's( teacher) hermitage to have his meeting. Many of his quiries were answered by His Guru in the hermitage. When his Guru was about to leave, the king asked him, Gurudev, please tell me an inspiring sentence that would guide not only me but my successor also, as a great mantra.
   Guruji wrote some things and gave him.
    The day of my priceless life that is passing now will never come back. So every day one should introspect one's own behaviour and see what qualities there are in me, which resemble animal characteristics and what qualities resemble those of a noble gentle person.
   When the king read this, impressed too much deeply. He would ponder over it every night considering whether his day had been like that of an animal or that of a noble man. He would wake up early in the morning and absorb him self in meditation. He would practice self-inquiry and then contemplate on the virtuous acts to be done that day.
  One day, due to an extremely busy schedule, he couldn't perform any act of benevolence or help anyone. Upon going to bed at night, he thought about the work he had done during the day and remembered he  hadn't been able to perform any philanthropic act on that day. He became restless. He tried to fall asleep, but he couldn't sleep.
  Eventually he got up and went out side. He saw a poor man trying to save himself from the cold but was shivering helpless. The king covered the poor man's body with his shawl and returned to his palace. Thus that day did not go in vain, and he had self-satisfied sound sleep because his guilt was removed.
  The fulfilment of the body lies in selfless service, wealth in good charity, speech in singing the glory of God's name, mind in contemplation on God and human life in self-realisation.
  Blessed indeed is king, who was an obidient true disciple grasping the essence of Guru's instructions, a competent Ruler, and blessed will be those virtuous souls who will be able to translate his beautiful virtue and key in to his own life.

Strong foundation of success in every field

       In human life, Brahmacharya is as crucial to the elevation of  a human life as a deep foundation is to the construction of a strong building.If the foundation of a building is not deep , then it will collapse due to a hurricane or even a mild earthquake in the future. A person who lacks Brahmacharya in his life can never progress.The secret of achievement of all great men in the world is the practice of this.Let alone humans or God, even demons resorted to this great vow in order to accumulate power and strength.Who has not heard of the sacred glories of the Bal-Brahmchari. It was through the power of this , that Jagat guru Shankracharya imbibed the knowledge of Vedanta and defeated the most eminent scholars to gain the title of Jagat Guru.
       So what is Brahmacharya? It is formed of two words - brahm+ charya. the word brahm has many meanings.The main meaning is God and the meaning of word charya are reflection, study , acquisition and protection. So when joined together some of the meanings of brahmacharya is the combination of God and study, protection semen.
      Life is saved and prolonged by preserving semen and death is hastened by letting out semen from the body.As long as the king is strong his kingdom thrive with wealth, grain,prosperity and peace, and protected from foes.But when the king becomes weak, his kingdom becomes unprotected and deprived of happiness. It is attacked by external enemies and looted by internal thieves.Similarly, when semen, the king of the body, becomes weak, the body, sense, mind, life-force, and intellect become weak. It  is attacked from out side by disease, fear etc. while just,anger, greed and pride start plundering from within. The life of that person becomes a burden on earth, digestive fire becomes mild, disease like gonorrhea and wet dreams attack him, his cheeks shrink and his eyesight becomes weak. One is unable to concentrate on anything
    Like a deflated football becomes useless, or sugarcane becomes worthless when the juice has been extracted from it. Like milk loses its nutritive value once cream is separated from it, similarly a man  without semen loses vigour, strength and becomes dull.

Egotism-- The big stumbling block in progress

   Egotism is a very big obstacle in the future-building of a man.This is one vice which destroys all other qualifications of the man.To become proud is suggestive of downfall for a man.Foolishness gives rise to egotism which does not persist even for a moment on reflection.If a man has not been able to comprehend some thing in the life he hesitate to take help from others because of egotism.He does not even ask to others due to hesitation and fail to know the correct answer for his failure.Some man work hard ,and get some success then they feel and think that there is no one sharp as he is.This is also pride.As a result. due to vanity he does not work hard in future and digresses from his goal. Everywhere, pride makes a person fall down. To be ready to go to any level of lowliness just to get cheap praise from friends, to be misled unwillingly under pressure from friends,to commit wrongdoing impulsively against sensibility- these are also deceptive form of pride. Saying- I am not proud, this is also pride.This is very subtle,so subtle that it is next to God in subtlety. It has many forms. Pride,egotism,I,and mine, you and yours- all these are the feelings which bring about the downfall of a person.
      The feeling of I and mine and you and yours is attraction which holds sway over all created beings.
  Pride and ego are illusory, being overcome by which the life (jiv) gets destroyed. The same illusion produces a desire of physical pleasure and to remove any obstacle coming in the way of achieving this, the person becomes ready to commit any sin.Many of our scripture said pride is the cause of every form of grief and also pride destroys everything.
   Those who are very arrogant fall because of their vanity. Hence no one should be arrogant. This the reason for defeat and downfall.God bears all, but not egotism of his devotee. Pride could not survive be it of Ravna,Kansa,and Alexander etc. There is nothing worth being proud of in the world because many persons in the world possess better things than what one feel proud of. Ego blocks the way of the attainment of God. This is a big stumbling block in progress. Hence, cultivate humility in your life. It can be cultivated by hearing good person speeches, reflecting on it and by participating humbly in the divine works of Self-realized great men. Humility with discrimination roots out ego from your mind and sows the seed of self-bliss.Then his/her mind becomes firmly fixed in the Supreme Self, whose ego is effaced.

Soul, the part of God (not free for birth or death)

  जीवन और मृत्यु यह ईश्वर के हाथ में है। जीव को स्वंय न तो जन्म चुनने का और न ही मृत्यु प्राप्त करने का अधिकार है। जीवन पूरा कर लेने के उपरांत जब जीव मृत्यु  में प्रवेश करता है ,तो उस अवस्था में उसे फिर से जन्म लेने के लिए हजारों ,लॉखों वर्षों तक प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ती है ,लेकिन  मनुष्य परमात्म -तत्व में लीन हो जाता है उसे पुनः गर्भ चुनने का अधिकार रहता है। वह अपनी इच्छानुसार गर्भ चुन सकता है ,लेकिन अन्य सभी जीव ऐसा नहीं कर सकते।
   जीव ,चाहे कोई हो वह सिर्फ जी सकता है पर जीवन पर उसका कोई अधिकार नहीं होता। जब जीव का मृत्यु का समय नजदीक आता है तो ईश्वर उसे अपने हाथों से मृत्यु नहीं देता। वह जीव को ऐसी प्रेरणा दे देता है की वह स्वयं अपने आचरण , अपने कर्म एवं अपने व्यवहार से जीवन को नष्ट कर देता है। बुद्धि विवेक से नियंत्रित होती है। जब जीव का अन्तसमय आता है तो उसकी बुद्धि भ्रमित हो जाती है। उसके शरीर से तेज नष्ट हो जाता है। शक्ति क्षीण हो जाती है और विचार स्थिर नहीं रहता। वह स्वयंऐसा आचरण करने लगता है कि उसका जीवन अशान्त हो जाता है। काम ,वासना व क्रोध के कारण  उसका जीवन अस्त -व्यस्त होकर स्वयं ही काल के गाल में समा जाता है
      देवताओं तक को परास्त करने वाले रावण का जब अंतकाल नजदीक आया तो उसने नैतिक धर्म छोड़ दिया। जिसके फलस्वरूप उसका बल ,बुद्धि नष्ट हो गया ,विचार क्षीण हो गए और वह काल के चंगुल में फंस गया। परमात्मा किसी के नाश का भागीदार नहीं बनता ,न ही डंडे से किसी का सर फोड़ता ,वरन मनुष्य ही ऐसे कार्य करने लगता है ,वह अनेक तरह के विकारों से ग्रस्त हो जाता है। यदि मनुष्य निर्मल मन से खुद को परमात्मा को समर्पित कर दे तो बात बनते देर नहीं लगती। ईश्वर ने स्वयं अपने बन्दों को बताया है कि जो छल ,छिद्र और कपट से दूर है ,वही मुझे सबसे प्रिय है। ईश्वर अच्छे लोगों के लिए बहुत अच्छा होता है वहीं बुरे लोगों के लिए बहुत ही बुरा होता है।
    इसलिये मनुष्य को अपने सारे काम जन कल्याण और जीवों की भलाई वाले ही करने चाहिये। जीवन तो  नश्वर है ,काम ही किसी मानव को महान बनाता है ,मृत्यु से पहले भी और मृत्यु के बाद भी। 

Flying in the sky with your wings

  Almost every children need two things ,vital force and the power of knowledge. One can amaze the world with development of these two powers.Those grownups having no such a teacher,who could guide them how to increase the vital force and impart divine knowledge, are actually still more children despite their age whereas those children, who have attained such a teacher, are not immature in the real sense. Even the youngest among them can do marvelous acts. Example...
  The 14th years old son of king of Magadh,had pulverized the Hans in their province.It was by the sheer power of his well developed vital force and power knowledge that his teacher could move a margosa (neem) tree from its place to a distance place. After briefly meditating OM on the image of OM between the eyebrows, Yoganand Paramhans gestured as if he was forcefully breaking something with separation of his hands , and the very next moment a road bridge which was constructed just a week ago collapsed. Once these powers are developed, one can do just any thing simply by will power.
   Consumption of read made food items like bread, biscuits,sweets, fast foods, soft drinks,etc. diminish the life energy, whereas the natural foods such as fruits, milk,etc. when taken in appropriate quantities according to the prevailing season increase the life energy. One who takes his meals between 9.00 am to 11.00 am and between 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm develops his life energy.During the morning time the winds from all quarters are absolutely free from all types of impurities. Hence walking in open air, running and deep breathing are extremely salubrious between 4.00 am to 6.00 am increase the vital force.
       Celibacy is destroyed by having friendship with members of opposite sex. The boys who be friend girl and girls who be friend boy cause a great loss to their vital force. Girls should make friends with the girls and boys with the boys alone, this helps strength their vital power. Moreover, one should also have a perfect control of the speech and the palate or tongue. That means one should not be a glutton and garrulous in speech. Do not be pleased or elated on hearing your sycophants. Do not feel depressed on hearing your criticism. Power of knowledge increases by behaving impartiality with all and the practice of remaining equal in pleasure and pains. Keep in touch with such people as may increase your power of understanding, enable you to pacify the waves of pleasures and pains within yourself, increase your equanimity and make your life radiant. Learnt from real and true scriptures helps in increasing power of knowledge. One should be to discriminate between the eternal and the transient, as also between actions obtained and prohibited by scriptures. Never should one take a decision impulsively in a fit of passion..One must refrain from following the dedicate of his mind, and should surely consider the consequence of every action. Better still, ask yourself as to what will happen if a teacher comes to know of it ? The sentinel of discrimination will guard you against many calamities and in events of downfall.
     A man who has taken the grace of the knowledge of our scriptures, he holds a pure mind and strong character and with his firm resolve can achieve anything. That is why good thoughts are his best friend . Such a person never gets stuck in problems and those who do any act without any knowledge, they become the reason of unhappiness.Where there is ignorance, there is sorrow and where there is knowledge, there is happiness. That person, who is devoid of the knowledge of the scriptures, is really miserable. Do not deprive yourself of this knowledge even for a moment.
    

Struggling from hopeless and unsuccess

  इस भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी में समुचित प्रयास के बिना मनमाफिक परिणाम का ना मिलना स्वाभाविक है। आदमी की जिंदगी में सफलता असफलता ,सुखदुख भले ही एक दूसरे के बिपरीत हों पर सम्बन्ध सीधा रखते हैं। जब हमें फल हमारी इच्छानुसार मिलते हैं तो हम आशावादी होते हैं ,मगर जब यही इच्छानुसार ना हो तो निराशा के भंवर में डूब जाते हैं। सफलतायें हमें आशावादी और असफलतायें निराशावादी बनाती हैं। चूँकि यह जरुरी नहीं की हमेशा  हर काम हमारे इच्छा के अनुसार ही हो ,इसलियेअसफलता मिलने पर कभी भी निराश नहीं होना चाहिये ,और ना ही हार माननी चाहिये। यदि आपके मन में भी निराशा जनक विचार पनप रहे हों तो आप कुछ बातों पर ध्यान देकर उनसे छुटकारा पा  सकते हैं।
   कभी भी अपना लक्ष्य बहुत बड़ा ना रखें। पहले अपनी योग्यताओं का आकलन करें। सपनें संजोना अच्छी बात तो है पर यथार्थ भी कुछ होता है। सपनों का सच होना उनसे जुड़े कई तथ्यों पर निर्भर करता है। जो भी आप लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर रहे हैं क्या उसे पूरा करने लायक योग्यता रखते हैं या नहीं। क्या आप लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने तक अपने निर्णय पर अडिग रह पाएंगे अथवा नहीं ? क्या आपके पास समुचित साधन है ?
    हमेशा अपनी योग्यता और क्षमता अनुसार ही अपने लक्ष्य का निर्धारण करें।
  समय और अपनी प्रयास करने की क्षमता का सही उपयोग करें। इन दोनों का तालमेल यदि बैठ जाय तो कोई भी लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया जा सकता है यदि आप समय का सही समय पर सही तरीके से अपनी पूरी क्षमता के साथ सही दिशा में प्रयास करेंगे तो ऐसा कोई कारण नहीं है कि आप सफल ना हों। हमेशा एक बात का ध्यान रखें गुजरा हुआ समय कभी वापस नहीं आताऔर ना ही समय किसी का इंतजार करता है।
   प्रेरणा और पॉज़िटिव सोच एक ऐसी शक्ति है जिसके द्वारा हम अपनी इच्छानुसार परिणाम पा सकते हैं। हमारा इतिहास ऐसी कहानियों से भरा पड़ा है कि दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति के बदौलत लोगों ने असम्भव लगने वाले कार्यों को संभव कर दिखाया। सकारात्मक सोच से हमारे मन में आशावादी विचारों का सृजन होता है ,जिसके फलस्वरूप एक अलग तरह की ऊर्जा उत्पन्न होती है। यही ऊर्जा हमारे भीतर हमारे संकल्पो को मजबूत बनाती है। सकारात्मक सोच और आशावादी विचार हमेशा अपने लक्ष्य के नजदीक ही ले जाते हैं। अतः हमेशा हमें ऐसे लोगों के संपर्क में रहना चाहिए जिनके व्यक्तित्व प्रेरक और जिनकी सोच सकारात्मक हो। कभी कभी सफल लोगों की जीवनी पढ़कर उनसे कुछ हासिल करने की कोशिश करनी चाहिये।
    अपने तथा अपनी क्षमताओं पर विश्वास रखें एवं कभी अपने को कम करके न आंके। क्योंकि कभी कभी ऐसा होता है कि हम अपनी तुलना दूसरों से कर के अपने आपको कम करके आंकने लगते हैं। हर आदमी का स्वभाव और क्षमता अलग अलग होती है। हो सकता जिससे आप अपनी तुलना कर रहे हैं वह काबिलियत उसके पास न हो जो आपके पास है। तुलना करने से अक्सर आदमी हीन भावना और निराशा का शिकार होता है।
   मान लीजिये आप कोई कार्य कर रहे हैं और उसमें आपको सफलता नहीं मिल रही है ,तो इसके लिए निराश न होकर उसके कारणों की तह में जाकर जानने का प्रयास करें कि असफलता का क्या कारण है। यदि आप को उन कारणों का पता चल जाता है तो ईमानदारी पूर्वक उसे दूर करने का भरपूर प्रयास करें। बीती बातों को भुलाने की कोशिश करें ,क्योंकि जो बीत गया उसमे कुछ किया नहीं जा सकता और चाहते हुए भी वापस नहीं लाया जा सकता। आशा और निराशा इस जीवन रूपी सिक्के के दो पहलू हैं जिनसे कोई भी चाहते हुये भी अलग नहीं रह सकता। इसलिये प्रसन्नचित होकर नए विश्वास के साथ अपने लक्ष्य की ओर कदम बढ़ाएं ,सफलता अवश्य मिलेगी। 

Voice of Your Heart (listen first in your life)(दिल की आवाज )

    सार्थक और सकारात्मक जीवन जीने के लिए ज्यादा मेनहत की जरुरत नहीं है। प्रायः लोग इसके लिए भटकते रहते हैं ,जब कि हर मानव के पास ईश्वर प्रदत्त दिमाग है जो पुरे शरीर को संचालित करता है तथा वही जीवन की यात्रा भी तय करता है। कोई बिपरीत स्थितियों और परिस्थितयों के बावजूद अपने दिमाग का सही और सटीक इस्तेमाल करके ऊँची उपलब्धियां हासिल कर लेता है और कई लोग सभी सुबिधाओं के होने के बावजूद असफल ही रहते हैं। हर इंसान को सबसे पहले सुनने की आदत डालनी चाहिए।
    जो व्यक्ति सुनता कम है और बोलता ज्यादा है ,वह आगे बढ़ने के अनेक अवसरों से चूक जाता है। बड़े बड़े महापुरुषों ने शुभ और सुखद सुनने की कला बताई है। जब कोई व्यक्ति विद्वानों ,श्रेष्ठजनों और सफल लोगों की बातें सुनता है तो शब्द रूपी ऊर्जा कानों से प्रवेश कर के मष्तिष्क में रासायनिक परिवर्तन करती है। दिमाग में अच्छी बातें और अच्छे विचार आते हैं। वहीं खराब और बुरी बातें सुनने के बाद कभी कभी झगड़े और फसाद हो जाते हैं। अपने देखा होगा की घर से दूर रहे किसी भी व्यक्ति को बुरी खबर सीधे नहीं बतायी जाती। यही है शब्दों का प्रभाव। किसी के भी मन में अच्छा या बुरा भाव पैदा करने में शब्दों का ही योगदान होता है। प्रेम की भी शुरुआत शब्द से और युद्ध की भी शुरुआत शब्द से ही होता है। आध्यात्मिक पुस्तकों में जीवन की हर जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए अच्छे विचारों को अच्छे शब्दों में बताया गया है। पुरातन समय में श्रुतिज्ञान की ही व्यवस्था थी। किसी भी इन्सान में सुनने के बाद जिज्ञासाएं बढ़ती हैं ,तो अध्ययन की स्वतः इच्छा पैदा होने लगती है जिसके पास जितना गूढ़ ज्ञान ,उसका उतना महत्ता।
     ज्ञान से चिंतन -मनन का भाव पैदा होता है। जैसे जेम्सवाट ने भाप की आवाज को  पहचाना कि भाप में शक्ति होती है ,उसी तरह न्यूटन ने सेब गिरने की आवाज सुन ली और जिज्ञासु होकर गुरुत्वाकर्षण के सिद्धांत का प्रतिपादन किया। बड़े विज्ञान के प्रोजेक्ट क्यों न हों  उनमें भी डिजायन और प्लॉनिंग करके उसी हिसाब से धन की व्यवस्था की जाती है फिर उस प्रोजेक्ट को  डिजाइन के अनुरूप काम शुरू होता है। इसी तरह जीवन में सबसे पहले मन की आवाज जरूर सुननी चाहिए। प्रथम स्तर पर हमारा मन ही बहुत कुछ बता देता है। गलत कामों को तो जरूर बताता है। आस-पास की घटनाओं ,माता -पिता आदि की बातों को गहरायी  सुनकर और उस पर स्वतः मनन करके जब कोई कदम उठायेंगे तो वह बेहतर होगा। 

Interesting facts of keep away your anger (क्रोध को रखें दूर)

  अक्सर आप ने बहुतों को कहते सुना होगा कि मुझे बात बात पर क्रोध आता है। शायद ही कोई दिन ऐसा बीतता हो जब  मुझे गुस्सा न आता हो। जब काम पर होता हूँ तो अपने बॉस पर या अपने सहकर्मियों पर गुस्सा आता है ,और मन ही मन उन्हें बद्दुआएं देने लगता हूँ। कभी कभी तो अपने पड़ोसियों या सहकर्मियों को शारीरिक कष्ट भी पहुँचाने का मन करने लगता है। आखिर ऐसा क्यों होता है।
  दरअसल रोजमर्रा की भागमभाग भरी जिंदगी में प्रायः हर आदमी किसी न किसी तनाव में जी रहा होता है। ऐसे में तनाव के बीच क्रोध या चिड़चिड़ापन का होना स्वाभाविक है। पर यदि हम चाहें तो थोड़े अभ्यास से क्रोध की नकारात्मक ऊर्जा को एक सकारात्मक ऊर्जा की ओर मोड़ सकते हैं ,और अपने अंतरात्मा को शुद्ध कर सकते हैं। बहुत से लोग क्रोध शांत हो जाने के बाद अफ़सोस और आत्मग्लानि का अनुभव करते हैं। लोगों को यह समझ में नहीं आता की आखिर इस नियंत्रण कैसे किया जाय। यह कोई जरुरी नहीं कि क्रोध किसी व्यक्ति पर ही आता है ,कभी कभी देश और समाज के हालात पर भी मन अधीर होकर उद्ग्विन हो जाता है , उस समय मन नकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया करने केलिए तैयार हो जाता है।
   ऐसी स्तिथि में ज्यादातर लोग सिर्फ दो काम ही करते हैं। या तो व्यक्ति अपने से कमजोर व्यक्ति पर अपना गुस्सा तेज आवाज में बोलकर या फिर हिंसा करके उतारते हैं या फिर गुस्से की अधिकता की वजह से पास पड़े सामान को उठाकर इधर उधर फेंक करके अपने गुस्से का गुबार निकालते हैं। दूसरी क्रिया में व्यक्ति अपने क्रोध को दबा देता है। व्यक्ति अपनी हताशा और बेचैनी को मन और मष्तिष्क की अनेक परतों में बैठा लेता है और इसी को मौन सर्वार्थ साधनं का नाम दे देता है। मगर यह मौन नहीं है ,इसे ही कुंठा कहा जाता है। व्यक्ति जबरन गंभीरता और तटस्था का आवरण ओढ़ लेता है।,पर वक्त बेवक्त दबा हुआ हमारा यही क्रोध मन में एक घाव की तरह रिसता रहता है। ऐसे में कुंठित मन दिशाहीन हो जाता है ,और आदमी अपने लक्ष्य से भटककर बिपरीत दिशा की ओर उन्मुख हो जाता है।
    हमें प्रकृति सीख लेना चाहिये जैसे वातावरण में जब बहुत शांति दिखती है ,तो प्रायः सब लोग आने वाले तूफान की आशंका जताना शुरू कर देते हैं। आप सब जानते हैं कि पृथ्वी के निचे के टेक्नीकल प्लेटों पर जब दबाव बढ़ता है ,तो भूकंप आने का कारण बनता है। पृथ्वी की कमजोर सतह पाकर ज्वालामुखी फूट पड़ता है।तूफान या भूकंप का साम्य हमारे मन से है। व्यक्ति क्रोध को दबाने में अस्थायी तौर भले ही सफल हो जाय ,लेकिन मन के ज्वालामुखी रूपी गुबार फूटने की संभावना तो बनी ही रहती है।
         अक्सर हम जिसे बुरा मानते हैं ,उसे मन के अंदर दबा लेते हैं (जिसका किसी कारणवश विरोध ना कर पाये हों ). यही दबा हुआ हिस्सा भीतर ही भीतर घुमडता रहता है। अब यदि उसे निकलने का मार्ग जब नहीं मिलता तो वही एक दिन विस्फोट की तरह फट पड़ता है। कभी कभी यही हिंसा का रूप ले लेता है। यदि समाज से हिंसा कम करना है ,तो दबे हुये क्रोध को सकारात्मक तरीके से बाहर निकलना बेहद जरुरी है। अन्याय सहन करना अन्याय करने से कहीं गलत है। मगर हर छोटी छोटी बातों पर क्रोध से परिपूर्ण प्रतिक्रिया देना भी उचित नहीं है। हाँ ,यदि किसी अन्याय के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने या विरोध करने से किसी का भला हो रहा हो या किसी समूह का ही फायदा हो तो कभी भी हमें ऐसा करने से हिचकिचाना नहीं चाहिए। अंदर का दबा हुआ क्रोध बाहर निकल जाने के बाद ही चित्त शांत हो सकता है ,बशर्ते यही ऊर्जा सकारात्मक तरीके से सामने आये। गुस्से की सही अभिव्यक्ति सुरक्षा भी देती है और अनावश्यक भावों से मुक्ति भी।
        गुस्से के क्षणों में हर व्यक्ति को लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति की प्रबल इच्छा भी होती है। किसी समाधान के लिए किया गया गुस्सा अंततः लक्ष्य की ओर ही ले जाता है। लक्ष्य पाने के लिए क्रोध की ऊर्जा को ध्यान और समाधि की ओर मोड़ना पड़ेगा। ध्यान के अभ्यास से चेतन मन के अलावा अवचेतन मन में छिपे तनाव को भी सतह पर लाकर दूर किया जा सकता है। इसलिये हमें रोज पंद्रह से बीस मिनट किसी एक विषय पर आंख बंद करके मन को एकाग्र करने का अभ्यास करना चाहिए।  या फिर कमरा बंद करके अकेले बैठ जाँय। जितना भी क्रोध मन में आये , आने दें, यदि किसी को मारने पीटने का मन कर रहा हो तो किसी तकिये मारे पिटे। वह तो कभी मना नहीं करेगा। यह एक हंसने वाली और बेतुकी बात लग सकती है ,पर यह बहुत ही कारगर है। क्रोध को होने दें और ऊर्जा की एक घटना के रूप में आंनद लें। हकीकत में क्रोध ऊर्जा का एक नकारात्मक रूप है। प्रतिदिन सुबह केवल पन्द्रह से बीस मिनट का समय इस पर दें। इसे रोज का ध्यान बना लें। यकीन मानिये धीरे धीरे कुछ दिनों बाद आप शांत होने लगेंगे ,क्योंकि जो ऊर्जा क्रोध बन रही थी ,वह बाहर कर दी गयी। फिर किसी को पीड़ा देने की भावना धीरे धीरे ख़त्म हो जायेगा और फिर किन्हीं परिस्थितियों में आप को क्रोध नहीं आएगा।

हमारा समस्त ज्ञान अनुभव से ही पैदा होता है। इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य किसी प्रकार से  हम कुछ जान नहीं सकते। शायद यही कारण है की आम जीवन में भी आदमी के अनुभव को वरीयता  दी जाती है। विज्ञान  भी स्वीकार करता है की संसार में कोई पदार्थ नष्ट नहीं होता। यदि ऐसा है तो संसार में नया कुछ भी नहीं और न ही होगा।
  दरअसल मन और मष्तिष्क का  आपस में गहरा सम्बन्ध है और शरीर का नाश होने के साथ ही वह भी नष्ट हो जाता है। आत्मा ही एक मात्र प्रकाशक है। इसलिए उसके हाथ यंत्र के समान हैं और इस के माध्यम से आत्मा बाह्य साधन पर अधिकार जमा लेती है। इस तरह से हमें प्रत्यक्ष का बोध होता है। मष्तिष्क के इन्हीं सब केन्द्रों को हम इन्द्रियाँ कहते हैं। ये इन्द्रियां इन यंत्रों को लेकर मन को दे देती हैं। इसके बाद  मन इन सभी को बुद्धि के नजदीक लाता है। फिर बुद्धि इन्हें अपने सिंहासन पर विराजमान महा शक्तिशाली आत्मा को सौंप देती है। आखिर में आत्मा इन सबको कंट्रोल करते हुये आवश्यकतानुसार निर्देश देती रहती है। तत्पश्चात मन इन मष्तिष्क केंद्रों या इन इन्द्रियों पर कार्य करता है , और फिर इन्द्रियां हमारे स्थूल शरीर पर कार्य करना शुरू कर देती हैं। मानव  की आत्मा ही इन सबकी वास्तविक अनुभवकर्ता ,सृष्टा और सब कुछ है। अब सवाल यह है की मृत्यु क्या है ? दरअसल मृत्यु एक पहलू है और जीवन इसी का दूसरा पहलू है।
     मृत्यु का ही एक और नाम है -जीवन और जीवन का एक और नाम है -मृत्यु। अभिव्यक्ति के एक रूप विशेष को हम जीवन कहते हैं और उसी के दूसरे रूप विशेष को मृत्यु। तरंग जब ऊपर की ओर उठती है तो मानो जीवन है और फिर जब वह गिर जाती है तो मृत्यु। सृष्टि के सभी यौगिक पदार्थ नियमों से संचालित होते हैं। नियम के परे यदि कोई वस्तु हो तो वह कतई यौगिक नहीं हो सकता।
  चूँकि मानव की आत्मा कार्य ,कारण और वाद से अलग है इसलिए वह यौगिक नहीं है। यह हमेशा से मुक्त है और नियमानुसार सभी वस्तुओं का नियमन करती है। उसका कभी नाश नहीं हो सकता। ऐसा इसलिए है ,क्योंकि विनाश का अर्थ है किसी यौगिक पदार्थ का अपने उपादानों में परिणित हो जाना। हमारे जीवन की समस्याओं का वास्तविक व्याख्या यही है। इसी से वस्तु के स्वरुप की भी व्याख्या होती है। 

Journey of human life

   We get human life from very good luck. Don't know after attaining the virtue of many births , then we get this life. There are many people who wasted his life in useless work. There are many people who take advantage of this life, and there are many who are just living or saying that the body is carrying as the burden. How much people are unhappy with this being miserable. Whilst any problem is not resolved by ending the life. They themselves remove that problem from their bodies, not from the entire family or society.
   We all must have seen sculpture of many great men. In his memory, places, roads, etc. are named after him. Memorials are built, children are taught their stories. Did they become a great man as soon as they were born. Every child remains an ordinary child at the time of birth. His education and rituals bring him to his destination in the future. At the same time facing the difficulties of life, they have to do as much as the common human does. Not every person can become a great man, but he can become a human being, and to be human in today's age is a big deal. On the day we hear, that in many places , people die from hunger or die from cold or die from heat. Do we ever hear our words ? At that time, we have ever wondered what we could do for them? May be we never thought. Anyway, in this fast life, people can not be share in happiness, sadness is too far away.
   Today, human have only one purpose, and that is money. Money should come , no matter what wrong or right. We never think that the wrong way earned money is always tragic. Sometimes the money shows his own effect in our own life. At that time we will be forced to do so that there will be no room for improvement. When we throw a finger in the fire itself, it will burn. It is our responsibility to waste your entire generation for some days of comfort or Dave them. This money effect our future generations in their future, because wrong is being always wrong. When we collect money by doing something wrong, that wealth deteriorates rather than the future of our son or daughter. Whilst they are not responsible, but they suffer.
   If we honestly earn money by playing our duties, we also get peace and happiness. If all people work honestly in today's time many problems will end automatically. Sometimes we give a happy to someone, how much fun in it is. It is the law of nature, which we will give, will find, just as if we abuse someone, then he will also abuse us.
   It can only be experienced by how much fun is there to help someone. If you can help someone with your help, then definitely. But not like those who already charge a lot of fees in the name of help. Help with selflessness is called help.

Power of Decision ( Root of Success )

   There is a saying that both of them did not get wealth in the twilight or God. This is what we call the situation of confusion. In this stage human consciousness becomes zero. Sometimes a person gets stuck in situations that makes it difficult to make a decision,what he decides. What is right to do or what is wrong? Generally there are such moment in every human life. It is also true that sometimes the decisions taken in these situations become turning point for life.
    For example, when a student thinks about taking admission in a college after completing school studies. At that time, the biggest problem facing him is to enter which college or the which stream will make our future bright. Or sometimes there is difficult situation in front of many people, when the parents sai that choose any of them, parents or husband or wife. You can imagine what will happen at that time. Occasionally in the face of youngsters who start new start-up, same situation that arise make decisions very difficult, and a small decision makes the whole future round. Then what should a person to do when deciding in such circumstances? Because the decision taken has the ability to change the whole life.
    When such situations come in life and it is important to make a decision, then take care so that they don't ignore it. Ignoring will increase the problem rather that  decreasing. At that time make a decision while focusing on all aspects, without being impoverished. God has given everyone such power that solution to such problems can be easily done. Patience is a very important thing for any problems. Patience evaluate your problems and your abilities. The decision taken according to our abilities is never wrong. Regardless of what you decide, remain firm on it and keep doing your work accordingly. That day will  surely come that you will feel that my decision was right.
    I want to tell about one of my friend, who were not much educate and had a bicycle sale and repair shop. The shop didn't run well, due to their son could not even much education. When the his son grew up, he told to his father to go to the field of real-estate business. The father explained to him his poverty and told that this business require huge capital. But he remained firm on his decision. The shop was sold and business started with the small capital amount near about twenty thousand Indian rupees, today his business is running in Millions. His decision proved right.
    The decision taken by impeccability or imitating someone is always harmful. Before taking any decision , make decisions only with regard to both side of the coin. Keep negative thinking away from your thoughts, because they will never let yet make the right decisions.
   Do not care about anyone else when making any decision. Never mind in mind what people will say. The decision taken by you , can change a lot. Your decision affects not only you but entire society or entire a country. Avoid small ideas, never compare yourself with others. Pay attention to your weakness but never tell your weakness to others. Always trust yourself. You know that you have all quality that exists in front of any successful person. Anything can not be made in one day but that can be destroy in a minute. For those who wants to achieve, the decision taken by you is just right, let this belief never break.

  Friends, any family get more happiness from their children than wealth. The happiness that comes from child, the person is not met by any other means.  The woman who has no children should start it from any Monday. On Monday morning,after bathing go to any Shiv-Mandir. Offer the cow milk there by bathing Shiva. Then by burning incense fire, pray in heart to get the child from Shiva. If possible,chant"Om Namah Shivay" in your mind. Do not forget to pour Belpatra before burning incense sticks. In this way do sixteen Monday. Sincerely doing this, your wish will definitely be fulfilled in these sixteen Monday. If you can not do it, you can do 'Rudrabhishek' the ritual of Shiva.
  Keep in mind that women don't tied to hair on Monday. Do this process with open hair only. So far the people who have done their wish have been fulfilled, I believe you will not be disappointed too.

    Friends, sadness and happiness come to be known in our lives. Every one wants to be happy, but no body wants to have any kind of difficulty in his life. As a person, he keeps on removing them, but there is trouble that never comes by asking. When, in what form does not even know. It is not known when the incident happened in our daily routine, and trouble comes in front of us. Then the man starts to struggle with him. Sometimes,one does not end yet, then another problem comes. Troubles keep breaking anyone. Many people are afraid of them and commit suicide. We should face them with stubbornness, because every difficulty leads to some learning. Nothing in this world is impossible, if our self-confidence is strong. There is nothing that can not be done. Swami  has said that get up, wake up, and get your goal.
   Fear of trouble is the work of wandering through their goals. It is like playing a game for the brave man to face any kind of trouble. Anyway, cowardly never initiates any work, they always have fear of loss. Perhaps it does not know that if God takes anything then he also give something.Which we can not understand and begin to blame for our fate, together with God also cursing.We must know that the troubles are the real test of our patience,courage and ability. Conquering the troubles is only a step towards success. You must have seen many disabled people who do not have both hands but they do not accept defeat and do all their works on their feet. Whether it is to run a computer,shave,writing something or have more important task of life. I am telling about a girl whose height is barely four feet, and she can not be stand up to herself without support.You can feel that such a girl has had face how many difficulties in completing her studies. She never panicked with the circumstance and one of India s most difficult examinations, not only pass the examination of I.A.S,,but got the highest rank in all over India.Has been a famous musician of India who did not have both eyes, but he has a very important place in Indian music, and he has received many songs from his music. Such people are in the number of thousands in this world, who do not get scared by the mischief-makers, but they have won the victory and get success. Example of a boy and I think it is necessary .To have just few years before both legs were cut in to an accident. That boy can not even sit,always have to lay down. To lying he earns approximately 18-20 thousands dollar a month by working online on his laptop, and in this situation also the support to his family members. If all of these people were scared of these trouble, then surely their family would understand like a burden.
    It is know, each and every trouble brings a great opportunity too. It is necessary to recognize that opportunity and take advantage. One time I tell to you, a saint was going some where. On the way, he got a herd of dogs, who started barking in his style. The saint were scared of those dogs, and the dogs chase them. Then a man met in the path, the saint sought help for him and said to that man save my life from them. The man scolded those dogs loudly, the dogs stopped listening to the scold and went one by one. Describing this incident with his disciples, the saint said that do not run away from any trouble, face strongly him, trouble will runaway.
     No body knows what will happen tomorrow, so to make our future bright, we have to fight every trouble. This is truth that the victory is always the heroes.

The Battle of Dangerous Thought

      Unknowingly, today the world is standing at the mouth of that horrible catastrophe, which can not be imagined. There are so many devastating weapons, if any of them have been used, the name of the targeted place will be erased. Then from that place will the human beings disappear till the grass. The whole earth will become barren and dreary there. In many countries of the world, some molestation groups are being killed unnecessarily. In the name of religion, innocent people are being murdered. Whereas, no any religion permits any innocent blood to be shed. Every religion gives the message of love and brotherhood. Religion is misused by some people for their own interests. In his followers, the facts are torn apart by misrepresenting facts.
     God created the earth, made man, but we humans made the country by distributing the land. By making their boundaries, we made our own laws. Even if the boundary is crossed without command-boundary, the bullet is also killed, whereas the whole earth is created by God. We divided people according to religion, and made their separate rites. We humans always beings changed, when nothing of nature changed. If some change has happened then that too is due to human beings. Being absorbed in selfishness, man has always been breaking the rule of nature. Due to this selfishness, there have been major battles in history. If any person has some kind of power then pride comes somewhere inside him.
    In the same way countries which have weapons with horrible massacres and they also suffer from such groups. If any of them lost patience and used those weapons, then what would happen at that time, and if others used the same weapons in his answer, then destruction would be a terrible form of destruction.As a result, some part of the world only will see piles of corpses. Later, if other countries also imposed restrictions on those countries, then what will happen , will be a catastrophe. Thinking about this,a person s heart will tremble. Thinking about this, did God made us humans separated from all beings. We live in a world where the Lord Jesus Christ drank the poison with his own hands for the good of mankind. Can we afford their sacrifice as children of their own?
      Can not even today human beings thinks that when we can not survive any body then there is no right to die. When human will be not in the world then what religion will survive.After all, there is a human then religion. As much money is spent on these weapons, if it is done on the poor of the world, then there will be not poverty and no one will die of hunger. What is the use of going to the moon or Mars when the person is still dying on earth by hunger and malnutrition. On the day when the death of a person will not be due to hunger and poverty, this land will literally become a paradise. Well, one day death for everyone, but naturally, a person lives the whole life.Let yourself go and give others the opportunity to live.

   Our needs are the root of all our troubles. It is really that can not get rid of it too. Needs are only requirement to be a working man. That is something human are tied to each other. The requirement of the human is the mother of new invention. Our requirements are more or less according to our economical status. We make every effort to meet our needs are. Rich or poor, everyone is trying to meet these. Which is at the same stage according to his needs. The days when a person is poor lives in that time he takes a little, but there is a great need to him, as his condition improves.
   Very close to the needs of our wishes is concerned. The person s desire like is a sea who have no idea of the depth. For example, a sailor who was with his wife in poverty too. His occupation was fishing. One day he picked up small fish put in the big pit, which was restless because of low water. After some days the fish met him and said, you have saved my lives, you better ask us anything. At the behest of his wife, sailor asked him for money. After some days sailor became a rich man. His business has plenty of work and many servants were his home. His wife was laden with ornaments always. Then one day, his wife said we had enough funds now sought to take children to fish. The fish gave him that. A few days later, his wife said, everything we have done so much better now that the sun and moon in our obedience. Go and ask for it too. It is very much greater than.

   None wants to cheat from anyone. Probably not. Then why are we deceive ourselves. We all know that life is not reliable. Along with how you leave or when. None of this would not be convinced, and convinced that there is no way for it to happen. A person that is always by your side attempts to escape it. All of people use all information and available resources for it. Some people go to any extent of it. Just for his own personal gain or comfort feature also  go to the path of crime. Do not mind hurting to others. That to whom, save the life or to make happy. Which is mortal. Life is always full of uncertainties. Glory what the next moment, no one knows and no one can tell.
   We are sure that to a certain extent is to stay alive. For that purpose the many kind often. How many beautiful ways we deceive ourselves. Knowing remain unknown. Almost everyone knows that it is fleeting, but measure have to save him in any endeavor. While it is almost impossible to stop. This is law of the nature. What happens after this life we never strive for. It also can create a brighter. This material may age with amenities at long, all these are confined to the physical body. With this all we need.
  Spirit, which helped us in every part of the body is in motion. Which we have received from God. That is not going to collapse. That never arise and never die. That is not afraid of hunger or thirst. To need all of these things are just for our bodies. Disease, hunger,thirst etc. affect our body can not the spirit. The way we wear old clothes discarded assume the new,just as the soul leaving the body after a new body holds. For which,instructions are received from God.
  Some people also have researched at these things and still it continues, but the results is not satisfactory. And people around the world who have received the same, according to the statement. Question was the that what had happened after death? Some people have been living for a few days or sometime posthumous. Of interrogation shows to them, has to pass through the the thick darkness of the soul after death. Then the light is reflected. This thick darkness is your of Hell. Such a statement is almost everyone. That someone is an excruciating journey. This is borne out by our deeds. According to the deeds of light that appear only when certain that must be met. Death is, of course, no one wants to so. We are engaged in many major effort to disprove the big truth. Every day we start with new dreams, new desire but never notice on its side. We began to look at the stage in our life, when things begin to fall out one by one from our control. Since then, the truth begin to accept.
  The way to make our future,we work hard and often. The same kind of effort we should make to our next life after birth. How long we'll continue to deceive themselves fled from reality. Knowing the reality of our life should try to deeds.

  Many of us work in his life.Whose count is not possible to get. A person must do something every day. Our task is to make our identity, counting all want to be the good guys always. Children who are suffering from some kind of disability of their parents saw them, just imagine what it would be like to be living. In these blindness is also a big curse. Imagine, a boy or a girl who is very beautiful in appearance, but their eye are not. How they will feel. Placing themselves at their parents consider how they would feel. May be a parents just for those innocent lives will be. They have sacrificed for the sake of their happiness will be our happiness. Also rejected the whole world but they can not refuse, because children were their. Any body do not know what will pass when their parents are gone from this world. God does not hurt someone like this.
  If we all of follow the religion of human can do a lot for these children is like. It can bring back joy  in to the life of many. It is true that one man can not change the world, but one alone is enough to start. As such a sun gives light to the big world alone. Among the billions of stars as the moon alone is the most dazzling. Just as many of our initiative to add a lot of people will thrive and be good. Many of suffering, that initiative they can see the lighted world out of darkness.
   Countless people in this world who are grant for many types of diseases, to overcome difficulties. One country thus helping give grant to other countries. Some illiteracy eradication, poverty reduction for some people, and some people grant to fight various diseases. All of these activities is really very good and plausible. People want every person to move forward and live disease free. Everyone at least be arranged bread, fabric and houses. Be a civilised and educated world.
   With this, we encourage the eye donation to move forward, then we can help change the world of many. The eye donation to the noble and pious work. That is something no one alive could make eye donation after death is done by him. Anyone who has donated his eye, after his death took his eyes off the only retina layer not the eyes is taken.
